- The client is our focus. Your needs, interests, desires and capacities will lead the design process
- We will never try to inflict an unsuitable design on you
- Where possible, we will always select and specify earth-friendly, sustainable, renewable and natural materials
- For environmental reasons, we will not undertake consultations at a distance of more than 45 miles from our base
- When selecting plants for a scheme, we will take account of your knowledge, experience and confidence in caring for them. We will give you guidance on how to look after your plants as an investment
- Safety for humans (especially smaller and older ones), animals and the environment will be integral to our design
- We will explain in plain English what we have designed and why we have made the choices suggested
- Plant names will be provided in both English and Latin
