Working With You
- Our initial meeting is NO obligation
- We will discuss your garden project with you to establish if and how we can meet your needs
- If we proceed, you will receive a detailed Project Schedule showing what you can expect to receive, when you will receive it and how much it will cost. We don’t do surprise add-ons
- All drawings and work, if we cannot hand it to you in person, will be sent to you using registered post
- At all stages of the project we will discuss progress, ensure you are happy and take into account your preference, all to the extent you wish to be involved
- At the end of the project we will meet to sign off the work, ensure it fulfils your expectations and arrange final payment
- If you are happy we will ask for a personal recommendation and photographs of the completed work. If you are not happy, we will do our best to rectify the situation
